1. The Agreement
Welcome to Silk Road Sleep. By accessing our retail boutique at 308 Stanhope Street or our digital storefront, you're agreeing to these terms. Don't worry, we've kept them straightforward. If you don't agree with these terms, we unfortunately can't provide you with our premium pillows.
2. Payment & Custom Orders
How does payment work? We accept all major credit cards and digital wallets. For our custom pillow services, we require full payment at the time of consultation. Since these are uniquely crafted for your specific ergonomic needs, all custom orders are non-refundable.
3. Return Policy
For hygiene reasons, bedding and pillows that have been removed from their original sealed packaging cannot be returned. We're sure you understand why—nobody wants a used pillow! Unopened luxury bedding can be returned within 14 days of purchase with a valid receipt.
4. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of New York County. We're proud to be a part of the Brooklyn community.
